We love a happy ending kind of story, especially when it has to do with adorable cats and their futures. This sweet cat was a baby when it was abandoned. She was just a five-week-old baby when someone tossed her into a dumpster and she meowed her way to help. She was heard by someone working nearby, and that person found her in the dumpster and immediately took her to the nearby animal shelter so that they could save her life and give her a home. The kitten’s name is Ariel, and she is very much a happy cat these days.
This Florida cat and her adoptive mother are a match made in heaven. Adopted by a woman named Donna Kaufman, Ariel is a biker cat. Donna loves to ride her motorcycle, black leather and all, and she takes her cat on a backpack on her back whenever she goes out. The cat loves it, and she is happy to have her along for the company. Their story is pretty amazing. You see, Donna works at the Panhandle Animal Welfare Society, and that’s where this cat was taken after its rescue. She’s an adoption counselor here, and she fell in love with the kitten when it came in. They call her the cathouse madam because she’s rescued 10 of the cats that have come into the shelter in the past few years.
She’s added heating to the barn at her house so that she can house many of the cats that come into the shelter so that they can have a home and warmth, love and someone to care for them. They call her the crazy cat lady at the shelter, and she absolutely loves every second of it. She is the crazy cat lady, and everyone loves her and is so appreciative to have her around to rescue cats and change their lives.
