TK the Cat Reunited with Family 8 Weeks after Moore Tornado

One family from Moore, OK is now complete after their cat TK has been returned to them.   It’s hard to believe that the tornado is already nearly 2 months old.  The devastation left in the city of Moore on May 20th is still being assessed and families are still mourning and searching for loved ones.  And the search continues for missing pets.

Thankfully people and animals are still being recovered even though it’s July.  One organization that has been a big help in the finding of lost pets is the Safe Haven Animal Rescue.  Most recently a cat named TK was returned to his family on July 13th safe and sound.   Safe Have wrote the following message:

Welcome Home TK! Went missing after the May 20 tornado and trapped last night (7/13) almost 8 weeks later. He is the last of his family to make it home safe and sound but now his family is complete!!!

Let’s hope they keep finding animals!  Photo via
