It might not be Halloween yet but that doesn’t mean cat owners can’t have fun with their kitties and play dress up! As long as there’s no harm to the cat it’s perfectly OK to dress up your cat in the costume of your choice. Just make sure that you are observing the cat to see if he/she gets uncomfortable.
