Raps About Cats Might Just Be Your New Favorite Thing

Pets can be a wonderful addition to a person’s life. In fact, it isn’t at all uncommon that a pet comes along and completely transforms that person’s life, in some cases even saving it. As a result, people choose to honor their pets in all kinds of ways. There are plenty of people out there that consider their pets to be much more than just that. For these individuals, their pets are their children, they’re part of their family. If people are being honest with themselves and with others, you might be pleasantly surprised to see how many individuals would go the extra mile for their pets because as far as they’re concerned, these animals are just as much family as any human could ever be.

For most of you, the description above probably makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Pets have a way of doing that. With that being said, there are certain statements that are attached to being a pet parent that aren’t always so admirable. Take terms like “the crazy cat lady,” for example. This is what is often used to explain someone who has a whole bunch of cats that they spend most of their time around.

One man is out to change all of this. He himself owns something to the tune of four cats and he’s not the least bit ashamed of admitting it. In fact, he’s so proud of his cats that he spends a certain amount of time on a routine basis making rap videos about them. That’s right, he creates short rap songs about his cats and then posts them online. If you haven’t seen one of his videos, you really don’t know what you’re missing. He raps about all kinds of things associated with cat ownership, such as daily life with cats or even the specific personalities of each of his feline friends. Each video he makes is cute, heartwarming, and in some cases, downright funny.

He even spends a fair amount of time dressing his cats up so they’ll look more at home in a rap video. As a result, he puts heavy gold chains around his cats’ necks, puts them in stocking caps, so on and so forth. If you’re looking for a way to kick back and relax after a tough day, this just might become your go-to thing after you watch one or two of these videos. Seeing the cats with him in the videos dressed up like rappers just makes the whole experience feel that much more genuine.

The thing that really sets these videos apart from some of the other stuff that’s out there online is that when it comes to cat ownership, this guy really gets it. He talks about all kinds of things in his rap videos. Cat ownership can be a wonderful thing with its own rewards but it can also push a person right to the brink of insanity. He talks about both of these extremes and virtually everything in between. The point is, he finds a way to do it all in a way that is catchy and worth remembering. When it’s all said and done, the videos really exist to make other people smile. You might even say that this gentleman is educating people about cat ownership in one of the most unique ways that anyone has ever discovered.

If you haven’t seen a cat rap video just yet, you owe it to yourself to make time to watch at least a few of them. The thing is, once you get started you might want to set aside some extra time. It’s highly unlikely that you’re going to be able to watch just one or two and then move on. This is sort of like watching those funny cat compilations that people put on YouTube. You sit down to watch one or two because you just need a minute for something that makes you laugh and the next thing you know, three hours have passed and you’re still sitting there watching funny cat videos. If you’re not careful, you could easily find yourself doing the exact same thing with these cat rap videos.

If you are the owner of a cat yourself, you’ll be able to easily identify with these videos. Even if you’ve never owned a cat in your life, you’ll still enjoy the cat rap videos and you’ll gain some special insight into what it’s really like to own a cat, including the good, the not so good, and the things that are distinctly related to what most cat owners like to call “cattitude.” If that’s a term you’ve never heard of before, is not something that you’ll ever forget after you spend time around one or two cats. These are animals that are extremely independent and more often than not, they come with more than their fair share of personality. That’s one of the things that makes owning a cat so much fun, not to mention something worth rapping about.
