Most people assume that cats are only rescued when they are up a tree without a way down or when they are stuck in a fire. Many forget that there are plenty of natural disasters that might prevent cats from being able to save their own lives, but these people do not forget. They do not forget that these are animals that are in need of help in many occasions, and this one was trapped in a flood. That could be just as bad as a fire if the conditions are just right.
